what was the last concert you saw, and what's the next one you're going to?
last gig: Art Brut in Chicago
next gig: The View in Manchester -
Where in world do you live Emjoy? Sorry I can't figure if you're British or American, no worries just wondering.
Anyway last gig: Yeah Yeah Yeahs free concert over in Boston. We had to climb atop things to actually get a glimpse of the band, but they were more than worth it and certainly sounded great. Need to buy the albums now.
Next gig.. I have no idea. Just keep watch on all the listings and keep my options open. Hopefully something good turns up. -
junebaby, my mate just saw YYYs in NYC and said it was such a good show. her pics of it are amazing! i still havent seen them though.
I wish i could say last gig was lollapalooza but my mate decided to take her bf with her free pass instead of me
*crushed*
but BoyKillBoy canceled, the other bands i wanted to see came through already this year, and Hot Chip are gonna be back here in October so i guess i can forgive her

Last gig- The Automatic at London ULU (we bumped into the keyboard player on the way to the toilets as well.... very good fun)
Next gig- Either Kasabian at Brixton Academy or The Flaming Lips at Hammersmith Apollo......

Hey, The Films at Masquerade were my last gig as well! You probably saw me there and didn't even realize it. This is going to sound weird, but I was probably one of the only Asians there (along with my best friend).
Any way my next gig is Luna Halo at Jack Rabbits in Jacksonville, TONIGHT.

You should go! WAS are a really, really good band live! I had to keep asking my parents to let me go since they don't really like the idea of their 15 year old daughter walking around Hollywood late at night.

i haven't actually listened to spinto band all that much, i've only heard one song, "mandy," but i've heard they're supposed to be good.
and after that, if we don't go out of town for fall break, i'll be seeing the yeah yeah yeahs!!!! -
