woke up to a text from one of my best boy mates saying he'd just met we are scientists and my brother trying to play last shadow puppet songs.

just got back from getting my braces off!!! it feels so different! like really flat, you know? i can eat broccoli without worrying about it getting stuck. yay! they're finally gone!!! -

spent the day in San Francisco yesterday. uploading pictures right now.
homework, I guess. -
today was a memorial service for my grandma. so i'm currently at the after-party at my grandpa's house. there are so many people in this tiny house!!!!!!! it doesn't help that i don't really know a lot of them. and they're my family! i know i've seen their faces before but i'm horrible with names. people are starting to get a little drunk. i'm not sure about my mom, though. hopefully she isn't because she's my ride home! church wasn't so bad. i don't go that often but when i do it usually lasts a loooong time. it didn't this time, though.
over all, it's nice to see the people i do know again. -
school starts on wednesday! nooo!
today and tomorrow....

made a start on my coursework, finally!
even if it did involve a ten minute walk. it's all goooooooooooooood.
just got a lot of writing to do now.
